Trader and law

Enquiry and contract
Enquiries and AI suggestions are indicative, not offers or bookings. We send a written offer, and a written package travel contract is signed after the traveller receives the standard information form.
Prices and payment
Prices are in EUR. A 50% deposit is due upon signing; the other 50% is due no later than 10 days before departure. Post-contract price increases are permitted only under the Tourism Act; if an increase exceeds 8%, the traveller may terminate without penalty.
Changes and cancellation
The traveller may transfer the contract under the Tourism Act with reasonable advance notice. Traveller cancellation: more than 60 days before departure — 20% of total price; 59–30 days — 35%; 29–11 days — 50%; 10 days or fewer, or no-show — 100%. The difference between amounts paid and the penalty is refunded within 14 days. Unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances at or near the destination that significantly affect the trip permit termination without penalty. For significant changes or cancellation by the operator, the traveller may receive a full refund within 14 days.
Responsibility and complaints
We are responsible for all contracted services, including those provided by suppliers. Insolvency and liability insurance: ЗД „ЛЕВ ИНС“ АД, policy No. 13052610000045. Report problems during the trip by phone or WhatsApp at +359 886 005 447; submit written complaints to office@adventourworld.com. Complaints are examined within 30 days.
Disputes and language
Disputes may be referred to the Commission for Consumer Protection (kzp.bg) and its conciliation commissions, then to the competent Bulgarian court. In case of discrepancy, the Bulgarian version prevails.
