What we process and why
Contact, trade and catalogue enquiries include the details you submit so we can answer and prepare an offer. The Journey Designer processes your answers and an AI-generated summary through our AI provider. Flight searches send departure city, dates and number of adults to our flight supplier. We store the selected flight offer with your booking request. Our mail server delivers enquiry notifications. These are pre-contract steps under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Security and marketing
We use a salted hash of the visitor IP only for anti-abuse limits, based on legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f). Meta Pixel is used for campaign measurement only after marketing consent under Art. 6(1)(a). You may change or withdraw that choice using Cookie settings in the footer. Necessary site storage maintains your language and cookie choice.
Providers and transfers
The site uses Lovable Cloud for hosting and database, SuperHosting.bg for email delivery, Duffel for flight searches, Lovable AI for journey summaries, Google for fonts, and Meta for consented campaign measurement. Where a provider processes data outside the EU, we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses (SCCs).
Retention and rights
Enquiries are retained for 24 months after last contact. Contracts and accounting records are retained as required by Bulgarian law, up to 10 years. You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing; you can withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
